DDA or Delhi Development Authority recently introduce the housing scheme through which it is ready to sell 16000 Flats across Delhi region. There are different types of flats to be sold through this scheme. One such type is Expandable flats which confuses the buyer. What expandable flats stand for?
Those who are going to opt for expandable flats in Delhi,for them it is not just an opportunity to own a home , it is also a lucrative investment opportunity for them. The very first reason is that it is available in 30 to 40% less cost than the current private market prices.
What is Expandable Flats? In these Flats, DDA would provide the ground floor which include two small rooms, one small dining-cum-drawing room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.Whoever own that flat can construct two-and-a half floors by their own with similar room division as it is in the ground floor. On the third floor construction of single room, kitchen and bathroom is allowed.
