Uttar Pradesh is one of the largest state in India, even after its division.there are still many things which happens in this state is like a festival and one of such event is any happenings which leads to teacher recruitment. Just after two weeks, Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test for year 2013 is going to take place. It is expected that about 5 to 6 lakh candidates will appear in this test.
After the implementation of Right to Education Act ( RTE) , all the teachers are required to fulfill certain eligibility. Those who qualify TET can only apply for the post of teacher in Government schools. Still this act is not compulsory for private schools. Population, which is dominated by middle class thinking that getting a government job is the best aim of life. So all the youth, who are from this category are not going to miss the chance to qualify TET. As they feel that qualifying TET will be a step ahead towards getting a teacher job in Government school.
They are not wrong in thinking that getting a job in Government school with initial salary of Rs. 20000 - 25000/ pm will bring their life at ease.There would be no problem. Often in society it has been found that Government school teachers are having quite content life. At last we all look for peaceful life.
